Exhibitor & Vendor Information
Welcome to our website for Exhibitors and Arts & Crafts Vendors. We are honored to host, on average, more than 150 different AI/AN Tribes and First Nations during this annual conference. The primary areas of focus for this conference include: public health wellness and disease prevention, behavioral health, personal wellness and traditional healing and ceremony. Since space is limited, we invite you to submit an application to be an exhibitor/vendor as soon as possible. For more information, please contact our Exhibits Coordinator, Ms. Carol Shields (405-325-0563 or cashields@ou.edu).
Space is limited to 25 exhibits and assignments will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. In order for us to process your application, you must complete all sections of the application form. Please check your application for errors, because it will be printed in the 10th Annual Native Women’s and Men’s Wellness Conference Program Guide.
All applications are subject to committee approval.
