Exhibitor & Vendor Information
Welcome to our website for exhibitors and arts and crafts vendors. The primary areas of focus for this conference include: diabetes prevention, diabetes management and community/public health interventions. Since space is limited, we invite you to submit an application to be an exhibitor/vendor as soon as possible. Space is limited to 15 exhibits and assignments will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. In order for us to process your application, you must complete all sections of the application form. Please check your application for errors, because it will be printed in the 14th Annual Native Diabetes Prevention Conference Program Guide.
All applications are subject to committee approval.
Informational Exhibitors: This category is reserved for all tribes, higher education organizations, private or non-profit organizations and companies who would like to promote their work. Arts & Crafts Vendors: This category is reserved for all individuals who would like to sell any sort of artwork, jewelry, weaving, pottery, clothing, etc. In order to support artists, we limit the number of Arts & Crafts vendors based on the number of conference participants. Vendor space is competitive and you must submit an application with photos of your work. Please download the following application and return to Chelsea Wesner (see contact information on application).
